I grew up in Elsmere, DE, about 3 blocks from the store. Casapulla's not only has the best tasting subs and steaks around, they have the most reasonably priced. Where else can you get a large sandwich for under $5? Take it from someone who has been eating these subs for almost 40 years, they rule!! |

I've eaten Casapulla's subs since I was a kid (now a senior)! Nobody comes close. When others talk about who makes good subs, I tell them to visit Casapulla's - THEN decide. Of course, their lunch meats are the best - and very fairly priced compared to other delis and supermarkets. |

I grew up in Elsmere, Delaware and as an adult moved around from state to state, and have never had a sub or steak sandwich come close to those at Casapulla's!! |

Casapulla's makes the best Italian subs on the planet. These are as different from "Subway" as charbroiled steak is from MacDonalds! Rolls are crunchy outside, chewy inside. Meats (pepper ham, capicolla, salami) are fresh and tasty. Lettuce, tomato, onion, oregano, pepper, sweet or hot peppers, drenched with light salad oil. No mayo here!
Their Philly cheesesteaks are fab, too! |

When I moved to Delaware from New York City I figured I knew the best sandwiches in the world. I was wrong. I knew the second best. The best is the Delaware Sub. And nobody does it better than Casapulla's. Casapulla's North, a relatively recent branch of the original family deli in Elsmere, keeps the tradition not only alive but vibrant. The subs are delicious. |
