best chili ever, friendly service, reasonable prices ( I mean is not Tommy's) regular size chicken chilli over spaghetti is the best. PERFECTION

This is the best chili I've ever had. I absolutely love the medium spicy chicken chili. I met a regular there who taught me a cool trick. As you eat a bowl of chili continue to add their fresh oyster crackers and diced onions as you go. This will stretch out your chili experience. As far as not being open all the time, all I can say is I'm jealous! I wish I had a product so good that it afforded me to take the summer off :o)
